The Harley-Davidson Museum will host its inaugural Custom Bike Show on Sunday, September 6, 9AM – 6PM, on the Museum grounds. Registration is $10, in the form of a donation to MDA. The event will include live music and the Harley-Davidson New Product Trailer, and will also be a stop on the Milwaukee Rally poker run. While you’re there, visit one of the Museum’s fine restaurants and the new H.O.G. exhibit inside the Museum (admission fee required for Museum entry). H-D on Mayhem Tour
Harley-Davidson’s Dark Custom product trailer will tour the U.S. with the 2009 Mayhem Festival, a traveling heavy metal music festival from July 10 – August 15. The Dark Custom trailer, aka The Golden Horse Saloon, will be visiting 22 of the 30 cities on the tour, which began in Sacramento, Calif., on July 10, and will make stops at select cities coast-to-coast through the end of the tour. Stop by the Golden Horse Saloon to see the Dark Custom motorcycle models and meet the some of the bands. Job For A Cowboy, Whitechapel and Trivium will be signing autographs daily.
