2010 BikeFest Rolls Back to 2001 Pricing‏

SEPTEMBER 30 - OCTOBER 3, 2010

February 12, 2010 The 10th Annual Las Vegas BikeFest is scheduled for September 30-October 3, 2010.  To celebrate our 10th Anniversary we are rolling back booth prices to the 2001 rates.

All outside bulk booths (tent & electrical not included), 20'x30' or larger, are being offered at the 2001 rates.  To take advantage of these roll back prices we need to receive the Vendor Space Rental Agreement and deposit from you by no later than March 15th. After March 15th, pricing will increase to the 2010 rates as indicated on the Vendor Space Rental Agreement. 

Here is your 2001 roll back pricing:

Indicate the size you want on the Vendor Space Rental Agreement and use the 2001 price when totaling your costs.  We will follow-up with you regarding booth space options.  Space will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis so don't delay.  If you signed up at the 2009 event for a size listed above, don't worry we will automatically reduce your booth cost.
