DESCRIPTION	The Region E Rally will be held on September 4-6, 2009 at the 5th Season Convention Center in Moline, Illinois (IL) Entry fee of $35/Member, $40/Non-Member, $20/Saturday Day Pass, $15/Sunday Pass. An Additional $5 for at the Gate. There will be an Ice Cream Social, Ceremonies, Costume Party, Event Pin, 50/50, Bike Games, Door Prizes, Talent Show, Baking Contest, Awards and Presentations, Light Parade, Treasure Hunt and so much more!
