Benefit Bike Ride for Brad Griffith aka Omaha

The Benefit Bike Ride for Brad Griffith aka Omaha will be held at Fireside Grille in Altoona, Iowa on September 13th, 2015.

Location:
-Fireside Grille in Altoona, Iowa

Registration:
-Registration is $15 per bike
-If you would like to follow behind in a car then registration is $10 per person
-All registrations include dinner following the ride

Sunday, September 13th - The ride will start and end at Fireside Grille in Altoona. Route includes Altoona/Baxter/Monroe/ Knoxville/Runnells/Mitchellville/Altoona. Dinner will be served upon returning to Fireside (approx. 5:30 pm). Live music from "Riddle Me This" has been lined up for entertainment! For those of you without bikes, cars are welcomed and encouraged to follow.

All proceeds will go directly to Brad Griffith. There will be raffle tickets available for purchase as well to try and win some great prizes.

Brad had a massive heart attack on Friday, July 31st and was rushed to the ER by ambulance, had surgery, and was in the hospital for 4 days. Doctors said he is VERY lucky to be alive. Unfortunately, Brad does not have any health insurance, He is self employed and he is unable to work as much as he did before the heart attack. His medical bills will be more than he is able to handle so we would like to help him by raising money to pay those bills. Brad is the most unselfish, kind, and generous person you will ever meet. He would give the shirt off his back to help those less fortunate. Anyone that knows Brad personally can tell you what a great man he is. As Brad would say "There are no strangers in my life; just friends I haven't met yet!"
