| DESCRIPTION | Nov 1 Benefit Poker Run and a four band concert for Hannah Beth Roddy and Timmy "Worm" Mooring. Kinston, NC Hannah was born July 22, 2008. Hannah was born with multiple birth defects and is fighting for her life at UNC's Children's Hospital. She is the daughter of Chris and Tracey Roddy. Chris serves as a volunteer firefighter for North Lenoir VFD. Timmy Mooring was severely burned at his home on August 9, 2008. Approximately 50% of Timmy's body was burned. He is also at UNC Hospital. Timmy is a professional firefighter with the City of Kinston and also serves as a volunteer firefighter with Sandy Bottom VFD. This has put a tremendous burden financially on both families. Both of these families serve the people of Lenoir County. Registration for the Poker Run will start at 9am at Grainger Stadium on Vernon Ave. in Kinston NC. All bikes out at 11am. The route will be around Lenoir County and end back up at Grainger Stadium. $10.00 per bike and $5.00 for a rider.
